Don Pettit

Don was born in the eastern province of Ontario, Canada, where he discovered the joy of photography growing up on the family farm. After traveling North America, he settled in the Peace Region of northeast British Columbia, Canada, and has made his home there for the past 25 years. Don is a commercial photographer and teacher of photographic art whose work has been published across North America. His fine art photographs have been shown in both solo and group exhibitions and are included in private and corporate collections.

Don loves the wild but gentle countryside of the Peace River Region of British Columbia, wandering the fertile rolling hills with his camera, capturing the big sky and sweeping vistas found at the edge of the vast northern prairies.
