Tie N Tux pasture breeds. He is very quiet
to handle and is good with the mares and foals. The Haddows dispersed
all their herd of approx. 40 horses in September 2003, including
Tie N Tux. They were sold Sept 14th at the new Toefield auction
house, near Edmonton, Alberta. Tie N Tux was bred to our CB/TB mare, Legacy Sasparillo. She foaled July 16, 2004 and threw a tall colt, Legacy Elvis, a tri-colour tobiano. |
Rustic was bred to a lovely all-around palomino pony we used to have (Fruit Loops) when he was owned by Jim Noble. Fruity threw a lovely, tall, hunter type buckskin colt (Cheerios) with excellent conformation and disposition. Cheery is now on a local ranch in the Clayhurst area. The sire of Tie N Tux is
Pair of Aces, a powerfully built black tobiano owned by
Greg Ukranichuk of Dawson Creek. Ace is used for show, roping
and everything else. He was a nice quiet stud, and was gelded
after quite a few years of stallion service so Greg could participate
in events stallions are banned from. He was no problem in the
ring when he was still intact, but being a gelding keeps everyone
happy. |
